Refund Policy

1. Who processes your payment

Payments for the FormulonPro plan are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), acting as our Merchant of Record. Paddle is the seller of record for your subscription, handles billing, applicable taxes, and invoicing, and is a party to the payment contract with you alongside us.

2. General policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by applicable law (such as statutory withdrawal or cooling-off rights in your jurisdiction) or granted at our discretion below. Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not itself trigger a refund for the current billing period — you keep access to Pro features until the end of the period you already paid for.

3. When we do grant refunds

We will consider a refund if, within a reasonable time of a charge:

  • You were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge, or a charge after you had already cancelled).
  • The Service was materially unavailable to you for an extended period through our fault.
  • You are legally entitled to a refund under the consumer- protection or distance-selling laws of your country of residence.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us at b3kforever@gmail.com with your account email and the date of the charge. Because Paddle is the merchant of record, refund requests are reviewed and, if approved, issued by Paddle back to your original payment method; this can take a few business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer. You can also reach Paddle directly using the contact details on your order receipt or invoice.
